Johnny was incredible. In addition to being a great communicator, he and a co-worker stayed to 7:40, 40 minutes after their shift ended, to work on my vehicle. Many thanks.

I came to pep boys to address some shaking I was experiencing at certain speeds while driving not knowing why it was occurring and Johnny discovered my tires need balancing very badly. He took care of me with professionalism and great customer service. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Johnny for helping me out and being so kind!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff on 07/10/26. His welcoming demeanor, professionalism, and attention to detail was refreshing and greatly appreciated. Thank you for explaining and walking me through the process. It was also comforting to see Johnny is still at this location, he always does an exceptional job and provides feedback. Thanks gentlemen for a pleasant experience and job well done!

There are three ways to repair a tire. Put in a plug. Put in a plug and patch for me inside. Or patch from the inside only. Customer should have been given the option. Plugging a tire eliminates your road hazard warranty on that tire. Tire only had 17,000 miles on it. It should have been passed from the inside

I’ve been using the Pep Boys on Hammond Drive for servicing my vehicles, and they’ve consistently provided a great experience. The team is professional, they always complete the service the same day, and they do the job right the first time. I appreciate their thorough work and the fact that I rarely have to return for any rechecks or follow-up repairs. I highly recommend this location for reliable and efficient vehicle service.
